Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Cost

We offer flat-rate standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

  • Flat-rate shipping: $5.95 per order

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after our daily cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our returns policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 180 days of delivery, in accordance with our satisfaction guarantee.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Earrings

  • Any items marked as final sale

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ora & Eve is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
